Our chicken is the shit

A few days ago my family and I celebrated my dad's birthday.  Instead of going out to dinner like most would, we decided to get creative and have a little fun.  We hit the super market in search of something fun to cook.  While we had no particular food on our radar, everyone wanted something that doesn't get consumed often at our house.  The refrigerated section grabbed my attention right off the bat, and that's when I saw drumsticks. Chicken drumsticks.  Along side these bad boys were half chickens.  After making the executive decision to get them, I went home and found a recipe that mirrored what I had imagined the drum sticks tasting like.  A solid 3 hr soak in a marinade ensured the flavor wouldn't be lost in the flames of the BBQ.  Needless to say, they were amazing.  Happy birthday papa!
